I have used Florida West for almost 3 years and have had a very positive experience dealing with the staff, and the CNA's that are assigned to me. They are very caring of my needs and sensitive to my personal situation. I am usually notified a week in advance of any changes regarding a CNA change. Mary Ann is sensitive about the CNA's assigned to care for me and regularly checks with me regarding the quality and professionalism of my care and that my needs are being met as required.
