I have been working with Florida West Home Care, Inc. since 2012 until present time. And I have found no fault, is a reliable and dependable Agency. The Administrator and her assistances are tough, very committed with her patients and staff. And I would highly recommend then for your services.

My dad has used Florida West Home Care for 5 years and Mary Ann has worked hard to make sure he is always taken care of. His CNA is always on time and hasn't missed but a couple of days in 5 years. She is very kind. I highly recommend Florida West Home Care.

I have used Florida West for almost 3 years and have had a very positive experience dealing with the staff, and the CNA's that are assigned to me. They are very caring of my needs and sensitive to my personal situation. I am usually notified a week in advance of any changes regarding a CNA change. Mary Ann is sensitive about the CNA's assigned to care for me and regularly checks with me regarding the quality and professionalism of my care and that my needs are being met as required. I have been very pleased with the staff and quality of care provided by Florida West and would highly recommend them to care for family members.
